Call in anytime, no booking required and gym membership is also not necessary.

We have both lying and standing sun beds available.

We have over 200 parking spaces available directly opposite the gym. Parking is free before 8:00 and after 18:00.

Free parking is also available on Malt Street and Moorside Road.

I enjoy using a variety of training methods such as HIIT, strength and endurance training to help my clients achieve their goals.

I believe the key to a fit and healthy body is a good strong foundation which can be built on to improve every aspect of fitness. I particularly enjoy helping clients to lose body fat and reach functional goals such as press ups, box jumps and other body weight exercises.

I like to keep it simple! All that’s needed is a bit of hard work and discipline to achieve your goals.
